Commercial Real Estate

With over thirty years of real estate experience, Leslee Ruth Sharp continues to provide legal representation for clients, both big and small, addressing an array of real property issues.

In the late 1980’s and early 1990’s. Ms. Sharp provided legal services to national mortgage lenders on foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction and related matters. She then accepted a position as in-house litigation counsel with a major sales brokerage firm, where she helped draft standard contracts, provided advice to real estate professionals and litigated claims.

Upon moving to North Carolina, Ms. Sharp began providing legal services to purchasers, sellers and developers of residential and commercial projects and represented owners and managers of commercial property, office buildings and shopping centers. As title counsel with a national title insurance company, she helped facilitate and coordinate major multi site transactions; and as leasing counsel for a national wireless carrier, she assisted in the build out of a major market network.

Now having returned to private practice, she continues to provide individualized legal services to her real estate clients. Whether the project cost is $100,000 or $250,000,000  she realizes the importance of every detail, lending her attention and experience to each while interfacing with her client and the other professionals necessary to bring the project to completion in a timely and efficient manner. Ms. Sharp is proud of the long term relationships she developed with many of her clients. These relationships evidence her commitment to provide legal services designed to meet the respective needs of each client.
